Kara purchased Structural Components Fabrication in 2019. She is a currently sits on the board of the Indiana Subcontractors Association (ISA) and the National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA), along with it’s regional Upper Midwest Chapter and is the President of the Indiana Fabricators Association (IFA).
